You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you and your child.
This page explains what that covers, how to ask, and what happens next.
- Your parent account in our app, and the contact details on it
- Your child's records, photos and observations
- Your message history with us — including WhatsApp conversations received
through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and messages sent through our
other channels
- Data received when you signed in with Google or interacted with us through a
Meta service (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Send an email to grievance@sandboxplay.in with the subject
"Data Deletion Request", from the email address or phone number we have on
file — that is how we verify the request is yours. Tell us whether you want
everything deleted or only something specific (for example, only your WhatsApp
message history).
If you cannot use email, call +919211242662 or ask at the front
desk, and we will record the request for you.
- We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- We complete deletion within 30 days, and confirm to you when it is done.
- Deletion is permanent. Where data also sits in our secure backups, it is
removed as those backups expire.
Some records we are legally required to retain even after a deletion request —
for example fee and payment records under tax law, and enrolment records
required by regulation. We keep only what the law names, only for as long as it
requires, and we tell you in our confirmation exactly what was retained and why.
