It is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.

Your Rights

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with a Google account, Google tells us only your name,

email address and profile picture, so that we can identify you. We never receive

your Google password. Where we connect to Google services on your instruction —

for example to sync a document you have asked us to sync — we use only the

narrowest permission that task needs, we use that data only to provide the

feature you asked for, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. You can

disconnect the connection at any time from your Google account.

Messaging Us on WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp

profile name and the messages you send, delivered to us through Meta's WhatsApp

Business Platform. We use them to answer you and to provide the services you

ask about. Delivery receipts (sent, delivered, read) are processed so we know

whether our reply reached you.

Some replies may be composed by our automated assistant; you can always reach a

person by asking, or by calling +919211242662.

We send you marketing or non-service messages on WhatsApp only if you have

opted in, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or by telling any

member of staff. Stopping marketing messages never affects messages about your

child's care. Messages are stored on our secure systems; Meta processes them in

transit under its own terms. To have your WhatsApp message history with us

deleted, see our Data Deletion page.

Measurement and Advertising

We measure how this website and our app are used so we can improve them, and so

we know which of our own announcements actually reach families.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4. It sets its own cookies on this site

and records ordinary usage — pages viewed, how you arrived, roughly where in the

world you are, and interactions such as scrolling or following a link away. We

never send your name, email address or phone number to it, and we never send

anything at all about a child.

Advertising. If we advertise, we may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and

Instagram) to show those advertisements and to understand which of them led to

an enquiry. Where an enquiry is matched back to an advertisement, that matching

uses a one-way encrypted form of an email address or phone number — never the

address or number itself, and never a child's details.

Your choice, and what it changes. You may ask us not to use your details for

advertising matching or promotional follow-up. We will still count the enquiry

itself — we simply stop connecting it to you. Ask at

team@sandboxplay.in, tell any member of staff, or reply STOP to any

marketing message. Analytics can be limited in your browser at any time through

its own cookie settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics.

Deletion. A request to delete your data removes it from these systems too,

and stops anything further being sent about you. See our Data Deletion page.
