Welcome to Sandbox Daycare & Preschool, operated by Sandbox Educare Private Limited. By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of required documentation
- Parents must provide accurate health and emergency contact information
- Vaccination records must be up-to-date as per Indian guidelines
- We reserve the right to refuse admission based on our assessment of fit
- Fees are payable monthly in advance
- Fees may be paid online through our parent app, using a payment gateway operated by a licensed provider. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services
- Fees are non-refundable, including for absences, holidays and withdrawal part-way through a paid period
- A security deposit, where collected, is not a fee and is returned on withdrawal less any dues

We provide childcare and education at our premises. No physical goods are sold,
dispatched or delivered, so no shipping or delivery terms apply. Services begin
on the enrolment date agreed in writing.
- Mon–Fri: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- Closed on public holidays and designated closure days
- Late pickup may incur additional charges
- Parents must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs
- Sick children should not be brought to the center (fever, contagious illness)
- We follow emergency protocols and will contact parents immediately in case of accidents or illness
- Parents authorize us to seek emergency medical care if needed
- We use positive discipline approaches aligned with child development principles
- Repeated behavioral issues may require parent consultation
- We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for severe behavioral concerns
- Parents consent to internal use of photos/videos for documentation and communication
- Public use (website, social media, marketing) requires explicit consent
- Parents can opt out of media consent at any time
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- We are not liable for items brought from home (toys, clothing)
- Parents are responsible for their child's behavior and safety outside our premises
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
- Immediate termination may occur for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of these terms
- Safety or behavioral concerns
- Closure of operations
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gurgaon jurisdiction.
